A deep ruby colour makes way for a dark berry and plum dominated nose. Subtle notes of spice and vanilla compliment the dense Pinot Noir character. On the palate black cherry and plum lead to a well-rounded and densely structured finish. Hints of vanilla and tobacco show the gentle influence of oak barrels.

This 2017 Pinot Gris shows lovely lifted tropical fruit, white peach, quince and subtle spice aromas. The smooth, rich and opulent palate finishes dry with lingering mineral and spice notes.
